60-Minute Power Flow (All Levels Welcome)

This is a dynamic, full-body yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, while helping you reconnect to your breath and your body.

We’ll move through a powerful, intentional sequence that links breath to movement, creating heat from the inside out. Expect a steady, energizing pace with clear guidance and options at every level, whether you’re brand new or experienced.

This class is about more than just the poses, it’s an opportunity to:

  • Get present and out of your head

  • Build strength and confidence

  • Challenge yourself while honoring your edge

  • Leave feeling grounded, clear, and energized

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Come as you are and be ready to move.

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • Water

  • Blocks or household substitutes (books, pillows)

What to expect:

  • Breath-centered movement

  • Simple, direct cueing

  • A supportive, judgment-free space
